PRODUCT CONDITION:
Items are brand new or in good condition, unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT:
We accept Paypal only. This is one of the safest ways to make payments or transfer money, since buyer and seller are both protected and credit card or bank information are kept private. You may pay through Paypal with a Credit/Debit Card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please complete the checkout process and you will be directed to a Paypal.

DELIVERY:
Please kindly note that the delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.

MISSING PACKAGES:
We will provide you with shipment confirmation / tracking number after we have delivered the product(s). We are no longer responsible for it after shipments. You may check the delivery status of the package with the tracking we provided.

BROKEN ITEMS:
If the goods should arrive damaged after transportation, please send them back to us. Please send us an email within 2 days of the incident with a detailed description and picture of the issue and we will assist you right away. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. After more than 2 days we cannot take responsibility for any damages. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Postage for the return must be paid by yourself unless the item is faulty. *Shipping cost is not refundable.
